An Authorized Requestor (AR) is a selected person within each tenant department that has elevated privileges to make requests that require a department head approval or where money will be exchanged between UHAT or 1CALL and our tenant. Each department can have up to two authorized requestors. There is no limit to the number of general accounts each department can have in the 1CALL Cloud System.
Examples of these types of requests include but are not limited to:
- Requests that require the exchange of money between tenant and UHAT or 1CALL for new services, install or repair of assets or space within UHAT-owned facilities.
- Maintenance
- Windows blinds
- Furniture assembly or move
- Appliance cleaning or repair such as an ice machine
- Dispenser install, replacement or repair
- Changes to heating/cooling for tenant department
- EVS
- New Linen
- Cleanings above and beyond daily routine cleaning services
- Security
- Adding door access to tenant department
- Revoking door access to tenant department
- Door schedule changes to tenant department
- Key requests
- Signage
- New sign hardware
- Changing name of department or office information
- Temporary signage
- Construction
- New Addition to tenant space
- Renovation of tenant space
- Technology
- Cox cable services
- Network Port Install or Activation
Have a change within your department? Be sure to update your Authorized Requestor (AR), if needed!
Within 1CALL Cloud, https://1CALL.cloud, you are able to submit a work order to request a change to the Authorized Requestor(s) in your space.
- Under “New Request”, please select “Guest Services”.
- Under “Guest Services”, please select “1CALL Cloud Directory Management”.
- You’ll then select “Authorized Requestor Change”.
- Select the location for the requested change.
- Please share details regarding the change.
- For example, “Jane Doe is no longer within the 1CALL Housekeeping department. We need to remove her as an authorized requestor and add “John Smith”.
- Our Guest Services Operations Manager will then reach out within 1CALL Cloud to walk you through the steps and send the form to fill out for the change. Please watch your emails for any updates on the work order.
