UHAT and OU Health are committed to consolidating the design, fabrication, and installation of signage throughout the facilities owned, leased or managed by UHAT and/or OU Health. From the first call through the installation, we are with you every step of the way.
All departments and associates should contact their Authorized Requester (AR) assigned to the facility or project for any and all sign requests. For facilities that are leased and/or managed by OU Health, sign requests should be handled through the OU Health Space and Lease Program Manager.
Adherence to the standard of this document and UHAT/OU Health policies and procedures for control of campus signage will ensure consistency throughout.

Note: non-standard signage requests not listed in the Facility & Campus Sign Catalog will be reviewed by the Signage Committee. Final decisions on the design and placement of signs will be based on the Sign Committee's consensus, budgets, and existing conditions. Once the approved Project Budget is received from the tenant, materials are ordered and the production procedure begins. All content must be pre-approved for processing.
Each department can display any combination listed in the clinic exam area within their department or suite. Space allowed shall not exceed 4’x4’ and shall be hung by 1CALL Facility Services.
To request hanging services through Signage, visit 1CALL.Cloud and submit a New Request>Signage > Hanging Services.

The following items are not installed by 1CALL Facility Services (Signage and/or Facility Maintenance):
Artwork should be easy to maintain. The area around the artwork should fit the space décor and should not protrude more than 4” away from the wall. (Note: Personal office space does not have to be pre-approved.)
All public space hanging artwork (public spaces, reception desk area, halls, lobby, and waiting areas) should be pre-approved by the Artwork Committee before purchasing. The Artwork Committee meets once a month to review all artwork for approval.
Only Authorized Requestors (AR's) are allowed to make artwork requests. To request new artwork or for approval of artwork, AR's should visit 1CALL.Cloud and complete the appropriate form: New Request > Signage > New Products > Artwork
The purpose of the digital signs is to keep our patients informed and up to date on their providers. Advertisement and display requests will be approved by the Signage Committee. UHAT has a standard 46” monitor that is used throughout all facilities. You can request the price sheet which will include hardware, electrical, data, and installation costs.
