- All packages should have the following items listed on their shipping label:
- Name of Receiver
- Department
- Department Number
- Address of Origin
- If you do not receive your package the best course of action would be to contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Be sure to have the correct tracking number available to provide to the shipping agent.
- If the carrier shows that the package has been signed for, then call the 1CALL office at 405-271-CALL(2255).
- Please be ready to provide your tracking number for the lost or missing package.
- Please note 1CALL Facility Services does not ship out items.
- We will accept items that have a prepaid label attached from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We can give these items to the drivers that regularly deliver to our locations.
- If you need to ship an item that does not have a prepaid label attached, there is a USPS located inside the BancFirst on the 3rd floor of the Atrium.
- If you are expecting a delivery of a large item, (e.g.: furniture, appliances, etc.) please call the 1CALL number at 405-271-CALL(2255) and provide the expected date of delivery, shipping company, and any tracking information available.
- Please provide the 1CALL phone number as a contact number when placing your order.
- When the item arrives, 1CALL will receive the delivery and arrange to have the item delivered to your location.
