To protect the health and safety of UHAT tenants, staff, affiliates, patients, and the general public, all UHAT facilities shall observe and comply with all pandemic-related requirements, recommendations, and guidance issued by the Oklahoma Health Center (OHC). Such requirements, recommendations, and guidance may include, but are not limited to:
OHC pandemic related requirements, recommendations, and guidance will be communicated to each department, company, or organization manager, and it is the responsibility of each department, company, or organization manager to ensure that all employees, patients, and guests are made aware of and comply with such requirements, recommendations, and guidance. Also, persons in all UHAT facilities shall comply at all times with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, orders, and ordinances related to pandemic response.
