- Housekeeping services are provided by 1CALL Facility Services Housekeeping department on a scheduled basis to all UHAT-owned facilities.
- We can be contacted at (405) 271-CALL(2255).
- Exam rooms, patient waiting areas, nurse stations, offices, hallways, conference rooms, elevators, and stairwells are cleaned on a scheduled basis, Monday through Friday.
- Offices areas are cleaned on a scheduled basis, Monday through Friday.
- Public areas are cleaned on a scheduled basis Monday through Friday.
- Restrooms are cleaned and serviced daily Monday through Friday. Public restrooms are also cleaned periodically throughout the day.
- Carpets are vacuumed daily. Carpets are cleaned (shampooed/extracted) as needed, or as requested.
- Floors are dust mopped and wet mopped daily. Floors are scrubbed and refinished as needed or as requested.
- Housekeeping Services provides high dusting, low dusting, and spot-cleaning walls on a weekly scheduled basis, Monday through Friday.
- Housekeeping Services will pick up trash daily. Empty boxes will be removed daily if labeled as TRASH. If items are not marked TRASH, they will not be picked up.
- Housekeeping Services do not clean computers.
- Housekeeping Services will clean desks only when cleared of papers, etc.
- Housekeeping Services does not provide services on weekends.
- Emergency Housekeeping requests can be directed to (405) 271-CALL(2255).
- Requests for Housekeeping services and/or issues concerning housekeeping services: please submit an online service request using 1CALL Cloud, https://1call.cloud.
