- Requests must be submitted 72 hours in advance.
- Note: Requests submitted less than 72 hours in advance may not be accommodated.
- All requests must be submitted by the Authorized Requestor (AR) in your area.
- Submit a work order through our 1CALL.Cloud system.
- For HVAC/Lighting Requests:
- New Request > Building Systems>Building Control System> After Hours
- For Security Requests:
- New Request> Security>Door Schedule> (Select Option)
- Required Information:
- Date(s)
- Duration
- Location
- Event Description
- Permanent schedule changes require additional approval from UHAT leadership and lease signatories.
- Please include this type of request in the event description when submitting a work order or calling dispatch.
