¶ MEMBERSHIP
NRGY Fitness Center membership is available for benefits-eligible OU Health employees, University Residents and tenants in Trust facilities . There is no monthly membership fee.

Monday-Saturday | 5:00 am-9:00 pm

- Locker rooms with showers
- Free weights and weight machines
- Cardio machines (treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals)
- Peloton Bikes
- TVs with virtual fitness classes by FitnessOnDemand
- In person classes
¶ CLASS SCHEDULE
- Body Blast Class: Wednesdays at 12:00pm
- Dance Fitness: Wednesdays at 5:15pm
- Yoga with Shana: Thursdays at 12:00pm
¶ REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

- Read NRGY registration instructions, register online, and complete waivers once received via email. Access will be assigned to the employee access card after waivers are signed.
You will receive a welcome email once the process is complete.
¶ FACILITY ACCESS
- Each cardholder must scan their own card for entry
- Tailgating or Piggybacking is prohibited
- Allowing unauthorized guests, non-members, or those who do not have authorized card access is prohibited
¶ FACILITY RULES
- Amenities are reserved for individuals working out in the gym only: this includes but is not limited to showers, restrooms, ice machine and water.
- Guests are not permitted in the gym.
- All members must scan their badge on the way into the gym.
- Proper gym attire is required including shirts and athletic shoes.
- Be courteous to other members
- Wipe down equipment after use
- Do not lean weights or bars against walls or equipment
- Re-rack your weights
- Use spotter and collars when necessary
- Chalk use is not permitted
- You must adhere to the manufacturer's warnings and instructions on the equipment
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Do not remove towels from facility.
¶ RIGHT TO REVOKE MEMBERSHIP
University Hospitals Trust (UHT) / NRGY Fitness Center reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for a breach of rules, regulations, or undesirable behavior as determined by NRGY Fitness Center at its sole discretion.
